Shipping and delivery policy

Tenderlytix is an online service. Tender packs are digital credits, so there are no physical goods and no shipping charges. It is available anywhere in India where you can use the website.

Credits are added to the workspace you paid from as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within a minute. You can see them under Settings > Billing.

If the credits have not appeared 30 minutes after a successful payment, write to sales@tenderlytix.com with the payment id (in the Razorpay receipt email, starting with pay_). We add them or refund you.

The service is delivered in your browser after you sign in. Email notifications go to the address on your account.
